1. Terms and definitions
1.1. The Developer is Musagitov Ruslan Arturovich.
1.2. The official website of the Developer for Spreadsheet Data Entry is https://sheetentry.com.
1.3. User — the individual who installed Spreadsheet Data Entry on a Device or created an account on the website.
1.4. Spreadsheet Data Entry (SDE) is the computer program and related web service named "Spreadsheet Data Entry," including the iOS and Android applications and the website at sheetentry.com. Exclusive rights belong to the Developer by virtue of creation.
1.5. A Device is a smartphone, tablet, computer, or other technical device with Internet access on which Spreadsheet Data Entry is installed or used.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Developer grants the User the right to use Spreadsheet Data Entry under this Agreement, within the limits and in the manner defined herein.
2.2. The Agreement is concluded on the following terms:
2.2.1. The territory of the Agreement is all countries of the world.
2.2.2. This Agreement becomes effective for the User from the moment the application is installed on the Device, an account is created, or the User otherwise starts using Spreadsheet Data Entry. The Agreement is indefinite.
2.2.3. A User may use an unlimited number of copies of Spreadsheet Data Entry, provided that multiple versions registered to the same User account are not used on the same Device.
2.2.4. Other uses of Spreadsheet Data Entry not specified in this Agreement are prohibited. In particular, the User may not:
- Issue sublicenses, sell, assign, lease, distribute, transfer, or otherwise grant rights to use Spreadsheet Data Entry to third parties;
- Modify, improve, translate into other languages, decompile, disassemble, decode, emulate, disrupt the integrity of, or restore the source code of the application or any parts thereof;
- Use Spreadsheet Data Entry as part of commercial products, to offer commercial products or services to third parties, or for other commercial purposes, except as expressly permitted by the Developer;
- Use Spreadsheet Data Entry to violate the rights of third parties or for purposes contrary to applicable law.
3. Personal data and privacy
3.1. To provide Spreadsheet Data Entry, we process personal data that you provide directly or that we receive when you use the service. The information we process is used as described in this Agreement.
3.2. Spreadsheet Data Entry is available on iOS, Android, and the web at sheetentry.com. An SDE account is required. You may sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple ID (Apple ID on iOS).
3.3. Data stored on the Developer's servers may include: email address; authentication data; Google or Apple account identifiers such as name, email, language, and profile photo; form definitions, folders, and application settings (including sync between devices); subscription status; OAuth credentials for connected storage providers; Personal Access Tokens for the Agent API and MCP; and operational logs needed to run the service.
3.4. The main function of Spreadsheet Data Entry is collecting structured data from a phone or the web and writing it to a destination chosen by the User. Supported destinations include Google Sheets, Airtable, OnlyOffice, Grist (iOS and web), and a local table on the Device. Dropbox may be used for service settings, not as the User's spreadsheet. Submitted row values are written to that destination at the User's request. The Developer does not use those spreadsheets or bases as its primary database. The User is responsible for all changes made in those destinations through Spreadsheet Data Entry.
3.5. Connecting a storage provider (Google, Airtable, OnlyOffice, Grist, or Dropbox) grants Spreadsheet Data Entry access to act on the User's behalf in that service, within the scopes the User approves. Tokens are stored so the service can send data and, where supported, create or configure destinations. The User may disconnect a provider at any time in Settings.
3.6. Agent API, MCP, and Personal Access Tokens let the User authorize AI assistants and other clients to list forms, configure forms, and submit rows. The User is responsible for keeping tokens secret and for actions performed with those tokens.
3.7. The website at sheetentry.com uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. Store pages, sign-in, and in-app purchases may involve Apple, Google, or other payment processors under their own terms.
3.8. Third parties that may process data to provide the service include Google (Sign-in, Sheets, Analytics, Play), Apple (Sign-in, App Store), Airtable, OnlyOffice, Grist, Dropbox, and store payment systems. They process data under their own policies. We may also use contractors solely to operate the service; they may access personal data only to perform those tasks and may not use it for other purposes.
3.9. By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to processing of personal data as needed for the operation of Spreadsheet Data Entry (collection, storage, updating, transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction), including transfer to the third parties listed above when required to provide the service.
3.10. Consent is valid for the entire period of use of Spreadsheet Data Entry. It may be withdrawn by sending a request to bytepace.sitgsa@gmail.com. Withdrawal may make it impossible to continue using the service.
3.11. The Developer processes personal data and takes legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect it in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data," including against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, or distribution.
3.12. It is not a violation to provide personal data to third parties acting under a contract with the Developer solely to fulfill obligations to the User under this Agreement.
3.13. Personal data is stored and processed for as long as needed to provide the service, complete related procedures, or until the organization is liquidated, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Additional conditions
4.1. If use of Spreadsheet Data Entry is prohibited or requires special authorization under the User's national law, the User shall not use the relevant functions or the service as a whole and is liable for failure to comply.
4.2. Security and confidentiality of data processed on the Device are provided by the User. The User is responsible for compliance with applicable rules concerning the User's actions on the Internet.
4.3. Cloud destinations and account sync require Internet access. The User is responsible for the quality of Internet access on the Device.
4.4. If the Device is lost or stolen, the User should change credentials for the SDE account and connected provider accounts as soon as possible.
5. Responsibility of the parties
5.1. The Developer does not warrant that Spreadsheet Data Entry will meet the User's specific purposes or expectations, and gives no warranties not expressly stated in this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable to the User for any loss, including any direct, indirect, intentional, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature arising out of this Agreement or from the use or inability to use Spreadsheet Data Entry (including loss of business reputation, interruption of work, technical failure, accident or malfunction, commercial losses, lost profit, or unjust enrichment).
5.2. The Developer is not responsible for technical failures of telephone networks or services, computer systems, servers or providers, equipment, software, email, or scripts.
5.3. The Developer is not liable for damage to the User's or any other person's computer, mobile devices, other equipment, or software caused by or related to downloading materials from the application or from links placed in the application.
5.4. The Developer is not responsible for transfer of information by the User to third parties using Spreadsheet Data Entry, or if information becomes available to third parties due to unauthorized access to the Device or malicious software on the Device.
5.5. If login credentials are accessed or distributed without authorization, the User shall promptly notify the Developer at bytepace.sitgsa@gmail.com.
5.6. The Developer is not liable for failure to use Spreadsheet Data Entry due to circumstances beyond its control.
5.7. This Agreement does not grant the User any rights to intellectual property objects, including trademarks of the Developer or its partners, except the rights granted by this Agreement.
5.8. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations, and for violations of this Agreement, the User is responsible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Final provisions
6.1. Acceptance of this Agreement is effected by the User's actions (installation, registration, or other use of Spreadsheet Data Entry). Under Articles 435 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation this constitutes acceptance of the offer. Actual commencement of use is confirmation of accession to the Agreement within the meaning of Clause 5 of Article 1286 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Each use of Spreadsheet Data Entry constitutes agreement to the terms as amended at the time of that use.
6.2. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Developer at any time. Changes are posted at https://sheetentry.com/privacy and take effect on the day of posting. The User shall review changes independently. If the User objects, the User may send notice within 3 calendar days of posting; the Agreement is then deemed terminated from the date the Developer receives that notice.
6.3. The Agreement applies to all future updates and new versions of Spreadsheet Data Entry, unless an update is accompanied by a different license agreement.
6.4. The Developer may send the User information about operation of the service, including messages inside the application or on the website.
6.5. The Developer is the sole owner of exclusive rights to Spreadsheet Data Entry and may dispose of them at its discretion within applicable law.
6.6. The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the rights and obligations of the User and the Developer under this Agreement, regardless of the location of the Developer, the User, or the Device.
6.7. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation, with a mandatory claim procedure. If negotiation fails, disputes are resolved in court under the legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Developer; the language of proceedings is Russian.
6.8. If any provision of this Agreement is invalidated, the remaining provisions remain valid and applicable.
